Feeling foggy? Hard to focus on the task on hand? Difficulty focusing your mind can be a real problem — whether it’s at school, work, or home. Train your brain

Focus is a lot like a mental muscle. The more you work on building it up, the stronger it gets. Train your brain with games. Study showed that that spending 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week, on brain training activities can improve concentration.

Here are some game suggestions to start off with:

  • word searches or scrambles;
  • memory games.

Eliminate Distractions
