Who are you and what do you do?
I am Maarja, a 21-year-old student. Besides school and work, I try to maintain an active lifestyle by going to the gym and enjoying exercise outdoors. Over the past few years, I have repeatedly started to step out of my comfort zone, saying "yes" to more new experiences. In the past, I have rather avoided it, and new situations and new people have caused me anxiety.
CBD makes me calmer, braver, and the feeling of anxiety in front of new situations seems to have faded.
Which Organia oil is your favorite and why do you use it?
I use 15% Full Spectrum CBD oil daily, but I have also tried More Sleep oil, which helped with falling asleep and sleep quality. I use 2-3 drops of 15% Full Spectrum oil in the morning before food and drink. Thanks to this, I face the day more calmly and without overthinking. In addition, the morning oil helps start the metabolism, so if anyone else has problems with a slow metabolism, I 100% recommend trying the oil if only for that reason. If I feel that I have problems falling asleep, I also use 15% oil in the evening, which helps with falling asleep in the same way as More Sleep oil.
What does CBD do to you?
Makes me calmer, braver, and the feeling of anxiety in front of new situations seems to have faded. Earlier I mentioned how over the last few years I have wanted to get out of my comfort zone more and more. I say a big thank you to CBD, because the oil has changed the unpleasant anxiety to a pleasant feeling of anticipation and excitement.
Would you recommend Organia oil to someone? Who/why would it be?
In my eyes, CBD oil is absolutely good for everyone. I can't see a person who would be negatively affected by this. If you feel that you have constant unpleasant anxiety in your everyday life, then it is 100% worth giving CBD a chance.
